You have the conventional eyelash curlers, a variety of mascaras, lash extensions, lash tinting, and lash lifts. While mascara and tinting add more color to your lashes, curling them is what gives your eyes a bigger and bolder effect. With lash lifts, you can skip the two minutes spent trying to achieve a good curl on both your eyelids – especially if your lashes are straight and stubbornly pointed downward.

What is Lash Lifting?

Think of a perm for your hair, except it’s been modified to be safe enough to apply near your eyes and it semi-permanently curls your lashes. Nothing daunting at all!

What is the Procedure?

Your aesthetician lays you down in a comfortable environment, cleans your face, has the area under your eyes protected, and applies a silicone lash curler on top of your eyelids. They then proceed to brush your lashes up onto the silicone curler and apply the perm solution to your lashes. After a few minutes, a setting solution is added to ensure the complete shaping of the lashes.

At this point, it’s optional to have your aesthetician add tinting to give your hair a little more color. That’s the wonderful thing about lash lifts – you can still use mascara!

No water or washing is allowed for your lashes until 24hrs after your appointment.

How Long Do They Last?

Lash lifts can last anywhere from 4-6 weeks. Touch-ups are recommended as your lashes start naturally regrowing back into their usual shape.
