Student Grievance and Complaint Policy
Student Grievance and Complaint Procedure
American Laser & Aesthetics Institute maintains a written grievance procedure for current and former students. The school will work diligently to resolve complaints at the school level, maintain records of grievances and resolutions, and maintain proof that the grievance procedure was provided to students.

Step 1: The student may discuss the concern with the instructor, staff member, or department involved.

Step 2: The student may submit a formal written grievance with supporting documentation to the School Director. An informal conference is not required before a student submits a formal written grievance.

Step 3: If dissatisfied with the School Director's response, the student may submit a written appeal to the institution's designated final reviewer.
If the student is dissatisfied with the school's response, the student may file a complaint with the Texas Workforce Commission, Career Schools and Colleges.
